The owner Andrew Stanke, started this company to eliminate having to use gas to travel to different offices and places, the hassle of calling countless places just to find out it is too expensive or not what you are looking for, and eliminate the need for multiple companies. He has been part of the customer service field for 13+ years. This outgoing gentleman strives himself on making anyone he comes in contact with happy. He took that trait and instilled it into SRT Services.
SRT offers a variety of services from snow removal services, lawn care services, and home cleaning services. These services are available for both residential and commercial properties. SRT also can provide babysitters, which are either licensed day care providers or an all-star student trained with first-aid and child care classes, mobile disc jockeys for weddings, graduations, dances, and special/custom events, mobile photographers which can provide a portfolio by request, and general contractors for all the odd-jobs such as painting, drywalling, spring cleaning, roofing, moving labor, or custom jobs.
The staff is throughly trained on several big factors. The first being customer service. We teach them that any special request, any corrections, anything asked is to be answered and displayed in the utmost highest performance with great attention to detail. We want our customers and clients to always say "Wow! SRT has surprised me again and did a fantastic job!". Secondly we teach them about strength. Strength as an individual can get one so far but here at SRT we work as a family. We give our customers a more friendly relaxed relationship rather than just that typical business client feel. When you choose us, you choose a family ran company. If we are removing snow off a property and the family has kids, we will create a giant pile of snow in a safe area for them to play.
All of our services upon completion go through a final detailed inspection to make sure nothing was missed and if there is a little extra we could do. Our goal is to be the company everyone talks about and chooses. We cant wait to hear from you.
About The Owner
Andrew Stanke, 24 years of age, owns and runs SRT Services. He graduated high school in 2007 and took criminal justice college courses in 2009. He is a licensed unarmed security guard. Andrew, at age 11, opened his first lawn care company. After the first year of just coming up with ideas, he ended up with 40 repeat customers as he finished the second year. He continued that for 7 years. During half that time, Andrew was working in fields such as fast food, customer service, grocery stores, and a soccer referee. When he turned 18, he landed a job as a roller rink DJ where he then found his most passionate hobby which he still practices today. His stage name for clubs is DJ Tw33k. Since then has had more experience in sales, retail, government jobs, owning his own companies, and much general labor.
